Shipping Policy

  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91-8074702016 or contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
  • Please note, all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
  • We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • Orders placed before 1.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 5–7 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
  • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.

Return Policies:

  • Return Policy of Am Robotics is transparent and quick which makes buyer trust us while placing order. We believe in value for money for product supply.
  • Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery in case of Manufacturing Defects in Products. 
  • If you have any problems with your order, please notify us through email - support@amrobotics.in within duration of 7 days from delivery of shipment of any defective product. Do not forget to mention order ID while mailing to us.
  • Return Shipping Charges will be paid by buyer on exchanges and returns. Upon verification of a defect with the product, we will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us.
  • In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund.
  • Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
  • The product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos and videos(if you require) of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages, then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide the full refund.
  • Once your returns is approved, then  a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Bank account, wallet or original method of payment, within a 5-7 working days at the discretion of the Am Robotics.

100% Refund/Replacement:

  • We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned on the website.
  • In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by email us on support@amrobotics.in.
  • Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue Return ID to return the material. Once we received the product, our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer, shipping cost prepaid by us.
  • In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund.
  • Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. AM ROBOTICS Reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defect.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please contact us through email, and we will get back to you with further process of exchange.

Changing or Canceling An Order:

  • Need to change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by email only - support@amrobotics.in) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it.
  • Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Processing” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.
  • In some cases, order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of the payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).
  • Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Am Robotics reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.

All refunds will be processed at the discretion of Am Robotics. The above conditions are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction
